ICE Agent Charged with DWI
(ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.) -- Albuquerque police have arrested an ICE agent on DWI charges, ABC affiliate KOAT-TV reports.
Carlos Rodriguez was charged with driving while intoxicated early Thursday. He admitted to police that he drank two beers before getting behind the wheel, according to the criminal complaint. Officers said they saw Rodriguez driving erratically. A police report stated that his blood-alcohol level was .09, just over the legal limit of .08.
Rodriguez was booked into the Metropolitan Detention Center with bail set at $2,750. He has since been released.
