Purse Snatchings at Local Trader Joe's

(ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.) -- Police say women are being targeted for thefts at a local Trader Joe's supermarket, according to ABC affiliate KOAT-TV.

Within the past month, there have been several purse snatchings at the store, which is located by Louisiana Boulevard and Indian School Road.  A 75-year-old woman who was robbed there suffered "severe" injuries, according to her lawyer.

The suspect in the robberies is described as a white man in a black hooded sweatshirt with a lower lip piercing.  Trader Joe's does not have video surveillance of the parking lot, according to the report.
