Reserve Deputy Charged with Sexual Assault

(VALENCIA COUNTY, N.M.) -- A Valencia County Sherriff's Office reserve deputy has been charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl, according to ABC affiliate KOAT-TV.

Austin Wood has been slapped with two counts of criminal sexual penetration and kidnapping.  The alleged assaults took place last June when Wood worked for Comcast.

Wood is not longer employed with the Valencia County Sherriff's Office.
