Reward Offered for Iraq Veteran's Stolen Bike

(ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.) -- Harley Davidson riders and military vets are raising award money to find the stolen motorcycle of a fellow vet, ABC affiliate KOAT-TV reports.

Wednesday, KOAT-TV reported that Iraq war veteran Richard Goehring's motorcycle was stolen last weekend. It was taken from the Warren Coronado apartments off Indian School Road on Memorial Day. Danny Chavez, a concert producer and avid rider, offered up to $500 to anyone who could help recover the bike. He and others will also set up a booth at a biker fest this weekend in an effort to double or triple the reward money.

"Flyers, posters, anything we can do, " said Chavez.

The Albuquerque Police Department continues to look for the bike.
