Tijeras Man Sentenced to 15 Years in Child Porn Case

(ALBUQUERQUE, N.M) -- A Tijeras man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to the production of child pornography.

Joseph Martinez, 53, admitted to taking sexually explicit pictures of a boy when the unidentified victim was between 6- and 16-years-old.  The victim is now an adult and married.

Martinez will have to register as a sex offender upon his release.
