Broome County Sheriff's Office to Host Open House

(BROOME COUNTY, N.Y.) -- The Broome County Sheriff's Office is inviting the public to attend an Open House this week to learn more about its operations, ABC affiliate WIVT/WBGH-TV reports.

The Open House is being hosted in recognition of National Sheriff's Week, and will run on Wednesday from 9 to 3 in the upper parking lot of the public safety building behind BCC.

The department's new mobile command post, humvees, armored personnel carriers, the SWAT van, patrol cars and motorcycles will be on display.
