Columbus Day Parade Scheduled for Oct. 8

(BINGHAMTON, N.Y.) -- The Columbus Day Tournament of Bands Parade was cancelled last year due to the flood, but this year it will take place on Monday Oct. 8, ABC affiliate WIVT/WBGH-TV reports.

The parade will feature nine high school marching bands.

It will start at 10:00 a.m. at the corner of Arthur and Main Streets and will end at the Courthouse Square.
