Twin Rivers Hosts Open House, Set to Open Mid-August

(BINGHAMTON, N.Y.) -- The new Twin Rivers Commons housing complex hosted an open house for students on Tuesday, ABC affiliate WIVT/WBGH-TV reports.

The development at the corner of Washington and Susquehanna Streets was opened to future tenants and community members. The price range for the 370-bed facility ranges from $740 to $950 per month per bedroom and features a fitness room, tanning beds, a cafe with Starbucks coffee, a computer lab and a large courtyard and several lounges for students.

The development will officially open on August 15.
