Police Hunt for Teen Believed to be Kidnapped by Mother and Stepfather

(BIRMINGHAM, Ala.) -- Alabama police are hunting for a 15-year-old girl who is believed to have been kidnapped by her stepfather and biological mother, the New York Daily News reports.

Officials in Dothan, Ala. say Ailene Lander may be in medical danger, and her brown hair may have been dyed blonde. She is believed to have been taken by her stepfather, 36-year-old Charles Partin, and her mother, Julie Bethke.

Lander is described as 5 feet 5 inches and weighing 140 pounds, last seen wearing a white shirt and pink gym shorts.
