Condos Planned for Area Near Boise Library

(BOISE, Idaho) -- Plans are in the works to construct condominiums near the Boise Library.

The Hosac Company of Boise has drafted plans to put up a seven-story building consisting of 130 condo units and two levels of parking at the location between Eighth and Ninth streets, according to a report by the Idaho Business Review.

The developers say they hope the local housing market will have gotten better by the time the structure is complete and available for purchase. The Hosac Company will on Monday present their construction plans to Capital City Development Corp., the company that currently owns the land.
