The incident was reported around 10 a.m. Thursday, with police being called to a home on the 4100 block of West Pasadena Drive. There, the victim told officers a man -- identified as Robert Ross, 50 -- who lives in the neighborhood threw a large wooden step through his glass French door for no reason.
