Nampa Man Killed in Crash West of Wilder

(MERIDIAN, Idaho) -- One person is dead following a two-vehicle crash on Thursday night just west of Wilder.

The crash was reported just after 9:30 p.m. in the area of Fargo and Peckham roads. A release from the Idaho State Police stated that a 2002 Hyundai Accent was travelling north on Fargo Road when its driver ran a stop sign and another vehicle slammed into the driver's side of the Accent. The driver of the Accent, Kameron Lowe, 21, of Nampa, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver escaped without injury.

The crash remains under investigation.
