Three Burglary Suspects Held After Allegedly Being Caught in the Act

(BOISE, Idaho) -- Three suspects were arrested by Boise police on Sunday following a burglary at an area home.

The three suspects -- Joseph G. Munson, 20, Cole P. Moya, 19, and Tobias C. Moya, 28 -- were each charged with burglary.

Police said they responded to a home on the 1700 block of West Potter Drive around 6:30 a.m., where occupants of the residence told officers they awoke to find the suspects inside the house and in the process of stealing items. The suspects managed to flee the scene before eventually being arrested.
