(WASHINGTON) -- Streets in the nation's capitol were blocked by Occupy protesters on Friday night during an Americans for Prosperity summit and a Tribute to Ronald Reagan dinner at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
The Occupy Koch Brothers group gathered outside the Convention Center to protest the Koch brothers who partially fund the Americans for Prosperity group.
The protesters, made up of several occupy movements, attempted to block traffic around the Convention Center resulting in a car driving into a crowd injuring at least three people near 7th Street and New York Ave.
According to the Occupy D.C. group, police in the area did not arrest the driver of the car involved in the accident because he had the green light and protesters were blocking his movements.
