Netflix Plans Latin American, Caribbean Expansion

PRNewsFoto/Netflix, Inc.(LOS GATOS, Calif.) -- Internet movie subscription service Netflix on Tuesday announced its planned expansion into 43 countries throughout Latin America and the Caribbean this year.

Streaming movies and television shows to customers since 2007, the company added instant streaming in Canada last year.  Now for a flat monthly subscription rate, customers in Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean will be able to stream Netflix-licensed media to TVs and computers.

Netflix will offer media in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
