(PRINCETON, N.J.) -- Job creation is at its highest level since September 2008, according to the Gallup Job Creation Index.
Job creation in the Midwest has been the highest, with a November index rating of +15, up 32 percent from January.
The West has shown the least improvement, with a November rating of +5, a 27-percent increase in hiring.
The national index reached +11 in November, according to employee reports of hiring and firing.
