(DALLAS) -- Frito-Lay -- the world’s largest snack food company -- says it plans to cut many chemical additives from its products.
USA Today reports that the move comes as the natural food market continues to experience growth of well over 10 percent a year.
The company plans to announce that half of its snacks will be made from all natural ingredients. A bag of Tostitos Hint of Lime Tortilla Chips, for example, will lose the MSG, sodium diacetate and artificial coloring.
