"Although I could continue playing, I'm not sure I would bring a level of performance or passion that's up to my standards."<br /><br />Urlacher started 180 of 182 games played for the Bears, according to information on the team's website. Pat Quinn in Illinois, and urged lawmakers to ban the sale of high-capacity ammunition magazines in Illinois.<br /><br />"No family should go through what the families of Newtown have endured," Gov. Quinn said in a statement. "While there are no words in the English language to comfort their loss, as elected officials, we are in a position to do something about it to help save lives in the future. "The up-and-down movement in the monthly figures masks the 216,000 jobs that have been added during this part of the economic cycle. This uneven path forward likely will continue until consumer and business confidence can be sustained at the national level."<br /><br />The national unemployment rate for April was 7.5 percent, down from 7.6 percent in March.</p>
