(CHICAGO) -- Issues with the Chicago Heights mayoral election has generated a call to close early election voting.
This comes after election workers reported that a group was campaigning within 100 feet of the polling site on the first day of early elections. Another disturbance took place days later when a man reportedly made a ruckus outside the polling site.
Now, some voters are calling to end early voting this election season, saying the attempted voter fraud has threatened the democratic process.
