'Sexually Violent Predator' Moves to Colorado Springs

(COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.) -- Colorado Springs Police are warning residents that a "Sexually Violent Predator," or "SVP," is living in the community, according to ABC affiliate KRDO-TV.

Xeryus Georgia Casias, 22, lives at 3033 East Platte Avenue, Apartment 205.  He is 5'7", 175 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.  Casias was convicted of sexual assault on a child in 2011 in El Paso County.  He is currently on probation and supervised release.

There are ten SVPs registered with the Colorado Springs Police Department, according to the report.
