Apartment Demand Increases in Dallas-Fort Worth

(DALLAS) -- The demand for apartments in the Dallas-Fort Worth area has increased by more than 8,000 units, according to the Dallas News.

The job growth in North Texas has kept the need for apartments at a high rate. Rents have gone up by four percent from the mid 2011 levels.

In North Texas about 15,000 apartments are now under construction.
