Club Owner Indicted for Plotting to Kill Arlington Mayor

(FORT WORTH, Texas) -- On Thursday, Ryan Walker Grant, a co-owner of Flashdancer Cabaret, was indicted by a federal grand jury on one count of murder-for-hire in a plot to kill Arlington mayor Robert Cluck and an attorney working for the city, according to the Star-Telegram.

Grant, 34, was arrested on April 9 for suspicions of trying to assassinate Cluck and an attorney, Tom Brandt, who filed a nuisance lawsuit against Grant’s club.

Hit men from Mexico were requested by Grant to kill the two officials for $10,000 per murder. An informant helped to get Grant arrested.
