Compromise Leads to New West Dallas Development

(DALLAS) -- After disagreements between developers and West Dallas residents over a proposed construction site, on Wednesday the groups have made amends, ABC affiliate WFAA-TV reports.

West Dallas Investments will be building entertainment venues, restaurants and retail shops along Singleton Boulevard near the La Bajada neighborhood.

The residents were concerned about overdevelopment at the property site. As a compromise, the developers agreed to submit detailed plans of their proposed construction for City Council’s approval.
