Dentist Accused of Medicaid Fraud Adding Water Park to Mansion

(DALLAS) -- A dentist charged with fraud for billing Texas taxpayers tens of millions of dollars for giving unnecessary braces to children, is currently building a water park on his property, reports our ABC affiliate WFAA-TV.

Richard Malouf, the former majority owner of All Smiles Dental Centers, lives in the pricy neighborhood of Strait Lane with expansion plans confirmed by the Dallas Planning Commission.

Besides a second pool to go along with a pool already in the original mansion, Malouf wants a rock climbing wall and bowling alley to be built.

Currently, Malouf faces two suits of massive fraud from private attorneys under the False Claims Act and the Texas Attorney General.
