Former School Employee Gets Life Sentence for Fondling Students

(FORT WORTH, Texas) -- A man who was formerly employed as an educational assistant with the Birdville school district has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for sexually assaulting two children during the 2009-2010 school year.

Sixty-year-old James Glawson -- who worked at the Foster Village Elementary School in North Richland Hills --  was sentenced on Thursday, after being found guilty of continuous sexual assault of children under 14.

Authorities said Glawson fondled two girls who used to help him clean a computer lab at the school.
