Man Dead, Wife Injured in Dallas Fire

(DALLAS) -- A fire at a Dallas home on Wednesday night has left an elderly man dead and his wife injured.
Around 10 p.m. fire crews were dispatched to the 10000 block of Mosscrest Drive on a report of a fire at a residence. Crews got to the scene and were told that there were still two people inside the burning structure. Firefighters managed to pull the two occupants from the house and both were taken to an area hospital.
Officials said 79-year-old George Molhusen later died at the hospital, while his wife continues to recover.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
