Plano Announces Fifth West Nile Virus Case

(PLANO, Texas) -- Plano, a suburb of Dallas, announced its fifth confirmed human case of West Nile on Monday morning, reports ABC affiliate WFAA-TV.

Crews will attempt to contain the outbreak on Monday by spraying specific areas in North Dallas and Richardson from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m.

Officials are reminding people that when the truck enters your neighborhood, go indoors and take your pets inside to protect from pesticides.
