(CLEBURNE, Texas) -- The U.S. Geological Service says a small earthquake rolled through Cleburne Monday night. The magnitude 2.5 quake hit the same area where several small earthquakes hit in 2009. There are no reports of damage or injuries in the town of 22,000.
A study of what may be causing the quakes, which had never been reported in that area before 2009, is not yet complete. There is some speculation the shaking may be caused by some part of the natural gas drilling process.
