At Least Seven People Killed On Iowa's Roads Over Holiday Weekend

(DES MOINES, Iowa) -- At least seven people were killed in traffic accidents on Iowa’s roads over Memorial Day weekend, the Des Moines Register reports.

Accidents were reported in Johnson County and Winneshiek County. At least three motorcyclists were killed in the weekend crashes.

Two people were killed in Iowa traffic crashes during the same holiday weekend in 2011.
