More Information Released on Boone Woman's Death

(BOONE, Iowa) -- More information has been released about the January death of a Boone mother, which is being treated by police as a homicide, ABC affiliate WOI-TV reports.

Emily Beckwith-Fazzino, 32, was found dead in her bathtub after her husband, Alexander Fazzino, called 911 saying she had drowned. The Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation says Beckwith-Fazzino had several areas of head trauma when she was discovered.

Court documents say Beckwith-Fazzino gave her husband divorce papers days before her death.  Alexander has since moved with his three children to Missouri.
