West Des Moines Teen's Death Investigated as a Suicide

(WEST DES MOINES, Iowa) -- A student from Valley Southwoods High School in West Des Moines died on Thursday, and his death is being investigated as a suicide, according to a report in the Des Moines Register.

It is unknown if bullying played a part in Justin Nimmo's possible suicide, according to the report. 

West Des Moines Superintendent Dr. Peter Ansingh wrote a letter to parents saying that students at Valley Southwoods were informed of the death and that counseling would be available to them.
