Banned Michigan Beer Now Allowed in Alabama

(BIRMINGHAM, Ala.) -- Alabama’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Board reversed the April ban of a beer because of its naughty name, reports The Birmingham News.

The ABC board authorized the sale of Founders Brewing’s Dirty Bastard Beer, based out of Grand Rapids.

Although the agency tried to protect children from seeing the language on the label, but beer aficionados protested and lobbied for the beer to be sold in Alabama.
