Grammy Nominations to Be Announced During TV Special

Photo Courtesy - Gabriel Bouys/AFP/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- The nominations for the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards will be announced Wednesday night during The Grammy Nominations Concert Live, a one-hour special airing on CBS at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT.

The special will be hosted by LL Cool J, with performers that include likely nominees Train, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, rapper B.o.B. and country star Miranda Lambert.  Presenters, who'll be announcing the nominations in various categories, include 25-time Grammy winner Stevie Wonder, rocker Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters, Paramore singer Hayley Williams, and singer/actress Selena Gomez.

Only a few of the more than 100 Grammy categories will be revealed during the telecast.  The period of eligibility for this edition of the Grammy awards runs from Sept. 1, 2009 to Sept. 30, 2010.
