Michael Jackson Autopsy Photo Shown in Doctor's Manslaughter Trial

ABC News(LOS ANGELES) -- A photo of a dead Michael Jackson was shown in court Tuesday while the doctor who performed an autopsy on the singer told jurors that it would have been nearly impossible for Jackson to have given himself a lethal dose of drugs.

"The circumstances from my point of view do not support self administration of propofol," said Los Angeles Deputy Medical Examiner Christopher Rogers.

Jackson died of a drug overdose of the powerful anesthetic propofol on June 25, 2009 after rehearsing for his comeback tour.  Dr. Conrad Murray, Jackson's personal physician, could face four years of prison if convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the singer's death.

Rogers appeared to challenge the defense's theory that Jackson gave himself a lethal dose of drugs in the two minute time period that Murray claims he was away from Jackson in a nearby bathroom.

"In order for Mr. Jackson to administer the propofol to himself, you have to believe that he... woke up, although he was at least to some extent under the influence of other sedatives, he was able to administer propofol to himself," Rogers said.

Even if a drowsy, drugged Jackson was able to self-administer the propofol, Rogers said it still takes time for the drug to circulate throughout the body and for that all to happen in a two minute period would be difficult.

Jackson's propofol was being administered by IV drip into his leg.  Rogers said that there was no white fluid resembling propofol in Jackson's throat, esophagus or stomach, debunking the possibility that the singer could have taken the propofol orally without Murray's knowledge.

During opening statements, Murray's defense attorney Ed Chernoff told jurors that Jackson gave himself a dose of propofol and the sedative lorazepam creating a "perfect storm" that killed the singer instantly.

Rogers said that Jackson's death is a homicide and that he died of acute propofol intoxication with a contributing effect from two sedatives also found in Jackson's system: lorazepam and midazolam.

In rejecting the defense's argument that Jackson took the drug without his doctor's knowledge, Rogers indicated that it was more likely that Murray accidentally overdosed Jackson.

"The ultimate scenario would be in order to keep Mr. Jackson asleep, the doctor has to give a little bit [of propofol] from time to time, which in this case is going to add up to two or three tablespoons per hour to keep him asleep," Rogers said.  "Now we did not find any precision dosing device which means that essentially the doctor would be estimating how much propofol he was giving to come up with two to three tablespoons per hour, and I think it would be easy to estimate wrong and give too much propfol."

In addition to the potentially damning testimony about Jackson's mode of death, Rogers revealed details about the pop icon's health issues at the time he died.  Rogers said that Jackson's overall health was good.  While he was extremely thin at only 136 pounds, his Body Mass Index was still in the normal range and his heart was in good shape.

The 50-year-old singer was suffering from an enlarged prostate and vitiligo, Rogers said.  Jackson had some chronic inflammation and swelling in his lungs as well as arthritis and a polyp on his colon.  The King of Pop also had an extra rib, the medical examiner noted.

Report: Woman Claims Ashton Kutcher Seduced Her

Charles Eshelman/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) -- In an exclusive interview with UsWeekly, the 22-year-old woman allegedly linked with Ashton Kutcher, claims she had sex with the actor following a wild all-night bash in his suite at San Diego’s Hard Rock Hotel.

The alleged encounter occured on Sept. 24, Kutcher's sixth wedding anniversary with his wife Demi Moore.

Sara Leal claims the Two and a Half Men star made the first move, telling the magazine, “He just came up and kissed me.”

Leal claims before long, the two were joined by another young woman and were completely naked in a hot tub.  She states that Kutcher told her he was “separated” from his wife and she took him on his word.

Leal claims they retreated to his bedroom and made love shortly afterwards, saying, “He lost his towel and I took my robe off.  Then we had sex."

Leal, a San Diego-based administrative assistant, added, “He was good. It wasn’t weird or perverted,” but admitted the star did not use a condom. She goes on to say they spoke about politics, love, religion and astrology and even argued over Leal’s cellphone after having sex for a second time.

She says after the pair had sex for a second time, Kutcher was tender: “He was like, ‘I enjoy things like this because I’m an actor 90 percent of the time and it’s fake.  It’s nice to have moments that are real.’”

There has been no word from Ashton Kutcher in response to the claims made in the interview.

Report: Kat Von D Offered Money to Endorse Cheating Website

Jordan Strauss/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- Kat Von D knows a thing or two about cheaters and now the reality star and former fiancé of Jesse James is reportedly going to be paid to endorse a cheating website.

RadarOnline reports reps for Cheaterville.com are in negotiations with Von D’s people to endorse the website and appear in a public service announcement (PSA) with the site’s owner.  RadarOnline quotes a source close to the negotiations as saying the L.A. Ink star has been offered $20,000 for her endorsement.

The source says the PSA will be with Cheaterville.com owner James McGibney and will focus on “anti-cheating and why cheating in Hollywood needs to stop now.”

Kat Von D and Jesse James broke off their engagement in July, but reconciled a month later before splitting up again, amid claims by her that he had been unfaithful.  James’ marriage to Sandra Bullock ended after he was found to be cheating on her with Von D.

Chynna Phillips Voted Off ‘Dancing With the Stars’

ABC (LOS ANGELES) -- Singer Chynna Phillips was voted off ABC's Dancing With the Stars in Tuesday night’s elimination.

Phillips and reality TV personality Rob Kardashian had both been in jeopardy of being eliminated.

“I’m disappointed, I’m sad. But I have to take responsibility, I messed up,” she said, thanking her pro partner, Tony Dovolani and the fans who voted for her.

Phillips had been in a three-way tie near the bottom of the scoreboard, alongside Chaz Bono and Nancy Grace, after a disappointing tango Monday night in which she forgot the choreography and failed to properly execute the steps.

Judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Len Goodman and Bruno Tonioli commended Phillips for completing the routine, but they acknowledged that her performance had suffered, and awarded her 21 out of a possible 30 points.

In the weeks of the competition leading up to Monday night, Phillips had been praised for turning in graceful performances but had been encouraged to display more passion when the dance called for it.

Former talk show host Ricki Lake and her partner, Derek Hough, led the pack Monday night -- earning the first 10s of the season for a near-perfect score of 29 -- for their tense, thrilling tango. With 20 points for his Viennese Waltz, fashion guru Carson Kressley was the night’s low scorer.

Elimination in the competition results from a combination of judges’ scores and audience votes. The celebrity with the lowest combined scores is sent home, until three stars remain. They and their partners compete for the championship.

Reality TV star Kristin Cavallari was eliminated last week in a decision that stunned fans. NBA champ Metta World Peace (formerly known as Ron Artest) and Italian model Elisabetta Canalis also have been eliminated this season.

Tuesday night’s show included musical performances from Susan Boyle, Blake Shelton and Raphael Saadiq, while former Dancing With the Stars pro Julianne Hough returned to the dance floor for special performances -- one with her brother and the other with Kenny Wormald. She and Wormald star in the remake of the classic film Footloose.

Eight stars return to compete Monday: actor David Arquette, Kardashian, Kressley, Iraq war veteran and actor J.R. Martinez, World Cup star Hope Solo, plus Lake, Bono and Grace.

Hank Williams Jr. Doesn’t Regret Obama, Hitler Analogy

Michael Loccisano/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- Hank Williams Jr. isn’t sorry for comparing President Barack Obama to Adolf Hitler. And you probably won’t hear him on Monday Night Football anytime soon.

On ABC’s The View Tuesday, the singer addressed the controversy that arose after his Fox & Friends appearance last week in which he made an analogy that President Obama and House Speaker John Boehner golfing together was like Nazi leader Hitler and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu playing a round. The uproar resulted in ESPN ending its association with Williams and his hit "Are You Ready for Some Football?" which has been the theme song for Monday Night Football for years.

“I guess it’s called stepping on the toes of freedom of speech,” Williams said on The View. He described how he found out that people were upset with his comments: ”When I came in my house and my daughter said, ‘Daddy, are you in trouble?’ and I said ‘What are you talking about’ … and I said, ‘Well if I am, then we all are.’”

“That night,” he said, “I told my manager that you could tell ESPN and Disney adios.”

Disney owns ESPN and ABC. Despite his presence on an ABC show, Williams didn’t mince words when it came to the parent company.

“The bottom line folks, Mickey is a mean mouse,” he said. “Disney, ABC and ESPN and me and the opening of Monday Night Football are kind of like the Spanish American War. They’re history.”

And despite the fall-out, Williams doesn’t regret what he said on Fox & Friends.

“At this point, I really don’t,” he said. “That golf game, a bunch of politicians … that are out there juking and jiving and high-fiving was so inappropriate with the things that this country is going to, going through, I mean. … It was absurd.”

View co-host Joy Behar asked why Williams used Hitler in his analogy instead of a less polarizing figure who may not have fueled so much flak.

“I don’t know,” he replied. “I’m not smart enough to know the difference.”

Rihanna Named Sexiest Woman Alive

Franck Prevel/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- It may be hard to deny that Rihanna’s sexy.  To Esquire magazine, though, she’s not just sexy — she’s the Sexiest Woman Alive for 2011.

The magazine bestowed the title on Rihanna on Tuesday, but according to the singer herself, she’s not so sure it applies. “At the end of a concert,  I don’t feel I’ve been this sexy thing.  Really, I don’t even think about it,” she tells Esquire.  “Unless it’s for a song that really calls for it, like ‘Skin’ or ‘S&M’ or when I cover [Prince's] ‘Darling Nikki.’”

Rihanna says there’s a specific sequence in her concert called “Sex,” and, she says, “that’s the only part that’s deliberate.”  Speaking about her concerts as a whole, she adds, “Honestly, even if it comes across sexual…it’s never deliberate in the rest of the show…I could see ‘What’s My Name?’ — the dancing is pretty sexy.  ‘Rude Boy.’  But I don’t know. I guess people find different things sexy.”

In her interview with Esquire, Rihanna also discusses her relationship with her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.  “It’s incredible to see how he pulled out of it the way he did,” she says of the bad publicity that came in the wake of the incident in which he assaulted her.  “Even when the world seemed like it was against him, you know?  I really like the music he’s putting out. I’m a fan of his stuff. I’ve always been a fan.”

Rihanna says she’s put any “resentment” she had toward Chris behind her.  “It was taking up too much of my time. It was too much anger. I’m really excited to see the breakthrough he’s had in his career. I would never wish anything horrible for him. Never. I never have.”

Fonz’s Motorcycle from 'Happy Days' Up for Auction

Fotos International/Hulton Archive/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Fans of the popular show Happy Days can now own an iconic piece of the series memorabilia. The 1949 Triumph Trophy TR5 motorcycle used by Henry Winkler’s character “The Fonz” is being auctioned off in Los Angeles on Nov. 12.

The famous bike has been sitting in a motorcycle shop since the show's 1984 finale, having been purchased by someone unaware of the cycle’s celebratory history.

Arthur “Fonzie” Fonzarelli was a breakout character on Happy Days, which ran from 1974-1984 and spawned four spinoffs. Fonzie, played by actor Henry Winkler was easily identified by his ever present motorcycle, greased back hair, and leather jacket, which now sits in the Smithsonian Institution. Presented as the epitome of cool, Fonzie had numerous traits that made him the envy of his peers, such as the ability to start the jukebox by hitting it with his fist and attract women just by snapping.

His motorcycle is expected to sell for more than $90,000.

Woman Sues Producers of 'Drive' Claiming There Isn't Enough Driving

Todd Williamson/WireImage(DETROIT) -- Ryan Gosling's crime thriller Drive has won much acclaim from critics and moviegoers alike, but one of them clearly isn't Sarah Deming of Keego Harbor, Mich.

Detroit’s WDIV-TV reports that Deming is suing the film's producers because there wasn't enough driving in it.

In the movie, Gosling plays a movie stuntman who earns extra money by being a "wheel man" for criminals and others, but who gets involved with a vicious gangster.

Deming's suit against FilmDistrict and the Michigan theater group Emagine says the companies are "falsely advertising" the film as being -- in her opinion -- "very similar to the Fast and the Furious, and similar series of movies," and "Drive bore very little similarity to a chase or race action film."

Deming also claims the movie is anti-Semitic. She is hoping to turn the legal action into a class action suit so others who felt misled by movie trailers can file suit.

Producers have not yet responded.

Paula Abdul Reveals Michael Bolton Was Her Babysitter

Jeffrey Ufberg/WireImage(NEW YORK) -- A babysitter singing a child to sleep is sweet, and Paula Abdul revealed on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live Monday that she got that special treatment when she was seven years old because her babysitter was none other than Michael Bolton.

He’s 58 now and she’s 49.

Paula told Kimmel that Bolton, who was using his real name Bolotin back then, was a teenager who had moved from Connecticut to Los Angeles to find fame and fortune. Bolton and his then-girlfriend were pals with Paula’s older sister when he was asked to babysit little Paula at her home in Los Angeles.

Paula remembers Michael not being a very attentive babysitter and recalls him spending most of his time jamming with musicians who lived in the building.

Paula told Kimmel she remembers hurting herself on a couch by jamming a pencil into her leg to get his attention and force him to drive her to the hospital. She said he would sing her to sleep but he would never help her with her homework.

Years later, after Paula gained fame as a choreographer, she told Kimmel she got a call from her agent saying Michael Bolton wants to hire her to choreograph his tour but he wants to know if she is the “same bratty Paula Abdul” he used to babysit.

Paula did end up choreographing his tour. Bolton joined the conversation via Skype from South Dakota and confirmed to Kimmel that he babysat Paula when she was a Brownie. Bolton said Paula has grown from a sweetheart little Brownie to a superstar.
