New Pictures Show Anne Hathaway's Catwoman Ears

Jim Spellman/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- New pictures have surfaced of Anne Hathaway in her Catwoman suit from the set of The Dark Knight Rises.

The new pictures, seen on the gossip site TooFab.com, show the actress wearing a black mask and "cat ears" -- fans had decried those missing details in earlier pictures.

And there's apparently a "real world" explanation for the headdress: it seems her character's nightvision goggles can flip back behind her head, leaving two black "ears" when viewed from the front.

Alec Baldwin Sets 'SNL' Hosting Record, Defends 'Schweddy Balls'

Dario Cantatore/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- On Saturday night's season debut of Saturday Night Live, Alec Baldwin broke Steve Martin's record for hosting SNL when he walked on stage for the 16th time.

Baldwin announced the feat in his opening monologue, prompting Martin and Seth Rogen to walk onstage and ask the 30 Rock star to provide a urine sample to make sure he hasn't used any "steroids or performance-enhancing drugs" to take the title.

Baldwin also addressed the controversy stemming from "Schweddy Balls," the new Ben & Jerry's ice cream flavor named in honor of one of Baldwin's SNL characters. The product has drawn protest from a family group called A Million Moms, which believes the "vulgar" flavor's double entendre is inappropriate for store shelves.

Baldwin addressed the group, saying "If you don't like Schweddy Balls, Ben & Jerry's has a new ice cream flavor, just for you.  It's called 'Go Fudge Yourself.'"

Parents Group Filing Complaint over Pants-Dropping 'X Factor' Contestant

George Doyle/Stockbyte/Thinkstock(LOS ANGELES) -- Paula Abdul wasn't the only one who felt queasy over the male X Factor contestant who pulled his pants down on last week's series premiere.

The Parents Television Council says it is filing a formal broadcast indecency complaint with the Federal Communications Commission over the segment, in which Geo Godley dropped trou, causing Abdul to leave the set, audibly gagging.  The show censored Godley's midsection, so it wasn't made clear whether or not his genitals were exposed.

Regardless, the PTC argued in a statement, "If Godley performed his act in public, he would have been arrested.  But if he performs it in front of a Fox camera, his act is beamed via the public airwaves into every home in the nation."

It says X Factor producers chose to air the segment despite knowing "full well that children would be watching."

Godley himself has told E! News that he was wearing a G-string at the time and was not naked from the waist down.

Vivid Isn't Giving Up Kim Kardashian's Sex Tape

David Livingston/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Last month, adult entertainment giant Vivid Video announced its willingness to take Kim Kardashian's homemade sex video off the market when a well-heeled buyer offered millions for it.  But the company has just pulled out of the deal.

Vivid's president Steven Hirsch said the mystery buyer could buy Kim Kardashian, Superstar -- effectively removing it from view or sale -- for $30 million.  But apparently, talks broke down after the buyer set his (or her) limit at $20 million.

"We're going to hold onto it for now," Hirsch tells TMZ.  "Although the offer that we ultimately received was substantial, when I realized [the buyer] wasn't Kim it became less appealing."

As previously reported, Kardashian "starred" in the DIY porno with rapper Ray J back in 2007.  On the August weekend that Kardashian married Kris Humphries, visits to KimKSuperstar.com jumped from 300,000 to nearly two million.

Jesse James and Kat Von D Split Once Again

Jordan Strauss/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- A month after announcing their engagement was back on, reality television stars Jesse James and Kat Von D have broken up again, according to OnTheRedCarpet.com.

“I am not in a relationship. And I apologize for all the ‘back and forth’ if it’s caused any confusion,” Von D wrote in a Facebook post entitled “Odds and Ends,” late on Friday evening. “I am not in any way moving to Texas. I am not opening up another tattoo shop. And I am not leaving my shop here in Los Angeles, High Voltage Tattoo.”

James, 42, told People magazine in August that he and the “LA Ink” star, 29, were back together and engaged again.

“Sometimes you are only given one chance in life,” James told People. “It was up to me to open my eyes and see it. That girl is my chance. I will never stop fighting and striving to hold on to her. Showing her how special she is, and how much I love her.”

At the time, James tweeted “para siempre” (or “forever” in Spanish) along with a photo of the two of them together embracing.

In July, the couple had called off their engagement for the first time despite their professed love for each other.

“I’m so sad, because I really love her,” James told People in July. “The distance between us was just too much.”

James and Von D originally got engaged in January and had been planning a summer wedding around the one-year anniversary of their first date, which was just days after James’ divorce from America’s sweetheart, Sandra Bullock, who James admitted to cheating on while they were married.

But the commute between Los Angeles, where Von D shoots her reality show, and James’ home outside Austin, Texas, where he lives with his three children, was just too great.

In August, TLC canceled Von D’s show, “LA Ink,” after four seasons, network officials said in a statement.

Von D had a different take on the situation.

Von D reacted to the news on Twitter, saying: “I love how me deciding to not continue doing ‘LA Ink,’ turns into being ‘canceled.’ Thanks @TLC. Regardless of everything I remain grateful.”

Ballas, 25, was recently linked with American Idol alum Pia Toscano. Cavallari, 24, was formerly engaged to Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler.

Cavallari said the dating rumors were expected.

“I kind of expect [the dating rumors] to be honest," she told People magazine. "But that's what happens when you put two people together."

Oxfam Ambassador Scarlett Johansson Visits Drought-Stricken Africa

Kevin Mazur/WireImage(BOSTON) -- Oxfam Ambassador and Actress Scarlett Johansson visited Africa this week to get a first-hand account of Oxfam's life-saving work in the drought-impacted areas of Kenya, Ethiopia and Somalia where 13 million people are at risk.

Johansson, an Oxfam Ambassador since 2004, visited the Dadaab refugee camp, where tens of thousands of Somali refugees arrived.

"The scale of poverty in Dadaab is overwhelming," said Johansson. "I met countless women like Hawa, a local community leader, who lamented the seemingly endless struggle of the Somali people, as refugees of war and starvation and now left to suffer everyday life with the very barest of essentials."

Johansson also visited the Turkana region of northern Kenya during her trip.

'The X Factor' Pulls in 12.5 Million Viewers for Debut Episode

George Doyle/Stockbyte(LOS ANGELES) -- The series premiere of The X Factor didn't measure up to the high standards set by Fox's other singing competition, American Idol.

The two-hour debut of Simon Cowell's new show Wednesday night was seen by 12.5 million viewers, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

It's a solid total, but it pales in comparison to the audience for this year's American Idol season premiere: 26.2 million viewers. That was the first episode of Idol without Cowell.

The X Factor's total audience was smaller than that for ABC's Modern Family and CBS' Criminal Minds and CSI. It also suffered a loss in the advertiser-friendly 18-to-49-year-old demographic to ABC's lineup.

Last month, Cowell told The Hollywood Reporter it would be a "disappointment" if The X Factor drew less than 20 million viewers.
