"Bachelorette" Contestant Juan Pablo to Become Next 'Bachelor'?

ABC/Rick Rowell(LOS ANGELES) -- Bachelorette contestant and former pro soccer player Juan Pablo Galavis may not have won over Desiree Hartsock, but his search for love on reality TV may not be over yet.

The 31-year-old single dad has been offered the starring role on the next season of The Bachelor, according to E! News.  A source says, "He's definitely interested and will most likely accept, although nothing's been signed yet."

The insider also adds, "Not only do women seem to love him, casting him will help soothe accusations the series doesn't include enough minorities."

ABC probably won't announce the next "Bachelor" until the season finale of The Bachelorette, at the earliest.

Juan Pablo was eliminated from The Bachelorette in the episode set in Spain, which aired July 1.
