Before Cheating, Kristen Stewart Said She's Not a Fan of 'Fake' People

Michael Tran/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) -- Before she revealed that she cheated on Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart said in an interview with Entertainment Weekly in mid-July -- the contents of which have just been made public -- that she’s not a fan of how many fake people there are in Hollywood.

The 22-year-old actress said, "I don't like people like that."

Stewart added, "People who are a complete non-person but somehow through the lens seem like they are on and interesting and engaged."

"I care way more about the people standing in the room. I don't want anyone leaving and saying, 'God, that girl is so fake,'" she continued.

Stewart concluded, "People tell me to make it easier on myself and to play a character when I go out on carpets and stuff." 

"But you know what? I'd rather be me," she added.
