"Breaking Bad," "Big Bang Theory" Score at TCA Awards

Frederick M. Brown/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- At the Beverly Hilton on Saturday evening, the Television Critics Association held its 29th annual TCA Awards.

The organization named AMC's Breaking Bad program of the year, while CBS' The Big Bang Theory and NBC's Parks and Recreation tied for outstanding achievement in comedy.

FX’s The Americans, which had four nominations, was named outstanding new program, while for the second straight year Louis C.K. scored in the individual achievement in comedy category for writing, producing and starring in FX’s Louie.

  • Outstanding New Program: The Americans (FX)
  • Outstanding Achievement in Drama: Game of Thrones (HBO)
  • Outstanding Achievement in Comedy: The Big Bang Theory (CBS) and Parks
