'Captain America,' 'Friends with Benefits' Open Friday

Comstock Images/Thinkstock(NEW YORK) -- Here's a look at the new movies opening nationwide Friday:

-- Captain America: The First Avenger: In Marvel's latest superhero film, Chris Evans' Steve Rogers takes part in an experiment that transforms him into the titular shield-wielding World War II super-soldier.  Gossip Girl's Sebastian Stan, Hayley Atwell, Tommy Lee Jones, Stanley Tucci and Hugo Weaving also star in the movie, which is screening in 3D.  Rated PG-13.

-- Friends with Benefits: Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis play two friends who decide to have a sexual relationship with no strings attached, whereupon hilarity ensues.  Patricia Clarkson, Jenna Elfman, Richard Jenkins and Woody Harrelson also star.  Rated R.
