Charlie Sheen and Ex Reach Child Custody Deal

ROBYN BECK/AFP/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Brooke Mueller have reached a custody agreement over their twin boys Bob and Max.

TMZ.com reports Sheen gets the twins every other weekend for an increasing amount of time, as long as he and Mueller remain drug and alcohol free.  Sheen's custody gets upped to a maximum four days a week if he stays clean.

Other details the gossip site uncovered include the fact that both parents need to comply with random drug testing three times a month, must have their regular nannies with them during visitation -- no random "goddesses" -- and Mueller and Sheen can't be photographed with "a romantic counterpart" when they're with the kids.
