Charlie Sheen, Ex-Wife Reach New Custody Agreement

ROBYN BECK/AFP/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Charlie Sheen has reached a new custody agreement with his ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, according to TMZ.com.

Under the agreement, they will have joint legal and physical custody of their two-year-old twin boys, Bob and Max.  However, Mueller reportedly will spend more time with the boys than Sheen.  The former Two and a Half Men star and his ex have yet to sign the deal.

Both sides previously banged out a custody agreement in March, around the time Sheen was fired from his CBS sitcom in the wake of his increasingly erratic behavior.  The terms of that agreement were kept confidential.
