(LOS ANGELES) -- Charlie Sheen will personally attend a hearing in a Los Angeles courtroom Tuesday in an attempt to get full custody of his twin boys, Bob and Max, according to TMZ.
Sheen's ex, Brooke Mueller, recently re-entered rehab after what the gossip site called last week's "crazy week of binging." Sheen and his lawyer, Mark Gross, will argue that Mueller's relapse makes her unfit to care for the two-year-olds. Ironically, they were previously taken from Sheen's custody by court order because of his recent erratic behavior.
Under the terms of their custody arrangement, the couple is required to take regular drug tests. Mueller reportedly refused to take a test, which under the terms of the agreement is considered a fail.
