(LOS ANGELES) -- Demi Moore has moved forward with divorce proceedings to legally end her marriage to Ashton Kutcher after more than a year since their split. Now, Moore is asking for spousal support.
Although Moore reportedly is worth millions more than Kutcher, she's asking for support along with Kutcher to pay her attorney's fees. A TMZ source claims Moore wants spousal support because she was "hurt" by Kutcher's behavior.
Kutcher is reportedly the highest-paid actor on television thanks to his role on Two and a Half Men.
And despite previous reports that negotiations have broken down, TMZ reports that an insider says that's false. In fact, the two sides expect a resolution pretty quickly.
Kutcher filed divorce paperwork in December, but Moore didn't legally respond initially, reportedly opting to try to work things out privately.
