Is Halle Berry Engaged?

David Livingston/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Is Halle Berry set to tie the knot for a third time?

She's been photographed in the past week wearing a golden ring on her ring finger, sparking rumors that she's engaged to actor-boyfriend Olivier Martinez.

E! News reached out to reps for both Berry and Martinez, who either had no comment or no information to share.

Berry, 45, co-stars with Martinez in the thriller Dark Tide, opening later this year.  She was previously married to baseball player David Justice and singer Eric Benet.
