Jewelry Store Video May Help Lindsay Lohan

Photo Courtesy - ABC News (LOS ANGELES) -- The surveillance camera video of Lindsay Lohan at a Venice, California jewelry store apparently shows the store's employees knew full well she walked out wearing a pricey necklace they now claim she stole.

TMZ reports the video shows Lindsay removing her own necklace to try on the new one, even asking the owner and others their opinions. There is no audio on the footage, but it reportedly shows Lohan speaking with the owners -- the $2,500 necklace still in plain sight -- before she "strolls out" of the store, TMZ reports.

If true, the video would corroborate Lohan's claims that Kamofie & Company allowed her to borrow the necklace. Lohan claims a stylist simply forgot to return it.  Lohan was charged last month with felony grand theft for stealing the jewelry. She's pleaded not guilty.
