Jimmy Fallon, Paul Rudd, John Goodman to Host "SNL" Next Month

David Giesbrecht/Bravo(NEW YORK) -- A couple of months before Jimmy Fallon takes over the reins at NBC's Tonight Show, the Late Night host will helm another late-night show, Saturday Night Live, on Dec. 21.

Fallon, a former SNL cast member, will return to host the sketch comedy show for the second time.  Justin Timberlake will return for the fifth time as the musical guest.

SNL also announced that Paul Rudd, who will be pushing Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues out Dec. 20, will return to host SNL for the third time on Dec. 7, with One Direction as the musical guest.  And on Dec. 14, Alpha House's John Goodman will host the show for his 13th appearance.  Kings of Leon, making their third appearance, will join him as the musical guest.

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon is set to premiere on NBC Feb. 17.
