Kim Kardashian Sues Old Navy for Using Look-Alike in Ad

David Livingston/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Kim Kardashian wasn't flattered when Old Navy aired a commercial this year that starred a woman who resembles her. reports the reality TV star is suing the clothing retailer, claiming the woman was cast in the ad to make viewers believe she was endorsing Old Navy products.  TMZ doesn't specify how much in damages Kardashian is seeking, though the website's sources claim she believes the ad has cost her between $15 million and $20 million in compensation.

The Kardashian look-alike, Melissa Molinaro, is seen lip-synching to a pop song in the ad.  She appeared to address the lawsuit Wednesday on her Twitter feed when she wrote, "We're still talking about this?! Its JULY this aired in February...some people have too much time on there [sic] hands."

Ironically, Molinaro has been romantically linked to Kardashian's ex-boyfriend, football player Reggie Bush. For the record, she says she's "flattered" by the Kim comparison.
