(NEW YORK) -- Lindsay Lohan has a date with a New York City court on Monday morning.
She will make an appearance in connection with a third-degree assault charge for allegedly punching a woman during a dispute at a nightclub in the Chelsea neighborhood in November.
The alleged victim was Palm Beach, Fla., palm reader Tiffany Ava Mitchell.
This isn't the only legal headache the Mean Girls star is dealing with. Lohan's informal probation was revoked last month after she was charged with lying to police, driving recklessly, and obstructing an officer from doing his duties after she crashed her Porsche on the Pacific Coast Highway last June.
