Lindsay Lohan's Probation Revoked; Taken into Custody

ABC News(LOS ANGELES) -- Lindsay Lohan's probation was revoked Wednesday, after Los Angeles Judge Stephanie Sautner criticized the actress for failing to comply with community service requirements laid out in her probation.

Sautner set bail at  $100,000 -- $50,000 each for the DUI and necklace theft cases.  Should Lohan post bail Judge Sautner ordered her to perform a minimum of 16 hours community service at the L.A. County morgue between now and a formal hearing date on Nov. 2.  That hearing will determine if Lohan is to return to jail.  Lohan was taken into immediate custody, handcuffed and led out of court.

Lohan was ordered to appear in court Tuesday after stories surfaced that she'd been kicked out of a court-ordered community service program at the Downtown Women's Center because of spotty attendance.  When Lohan avoided jail six months ago, the judge in the case ordered her to complete 480 hours of community service within a year.  Lohan so far has only completed a fraction of those hours.
