Man Who Broke Into NYC's Sullivan Theater Says He Can't Remember Incident

Patti McConville/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- The 22-year-old man accused of trashing the home of David Letterman's CBS late-night show, New York City's Ed Sullivan Theater, over the weekend, was arraigned on Monday.

According to the New York Post, James Whittemore did not enter a plea to charges of burglary and criminal mischief. His attorney says Whittemore was "highly intoxicated" at the time of the incident and doesn't remember what happened.

Prosecutors say Whittemore is seen on surveillance video urinating on glass doors and damaging other property in the lobby and box office area.
